In this intense course, students will learn the basics of Screenwriting while developing ideas into marketable stories. Special emphasis will focus on “work-for-hire” -- integrating others’ ideas into personal creative style.
Upon completion of the course, students will possess the knowledge needed to write their own marketable screenplays and help others write their’s.
This course focuses on the professional working relationship between director and actor.
Students will learn the differences between “low-res” and “hi-def” shooting, how to light for hi-def, and the workflow process for shooting in a tape-free environment. The course will also focus on comparing the various hi-def formats, and the special functions of the RED camera.

This class focuses on the emotional impact an actor must achieve in front of a camera, and how the actor can use the medium of film to his/her advantage in displaying character. It is also designed with time to work on individual acting projects.
